What is A Web Conference?

A Web Conference uses a collaborative tool to deliver a Web-based presentation that features an expert speaker. Participants can log in from anywhere - at work, at home, or even in a hotel room - to attend a Web Conference.

What Do I Need to Attend?

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. We highly recommend a direct, high speed connection to the internet (i.e. with an Ethernet cable or superior connection). A wireless connection, regardless of the speed, can distort the audio and graphics.
  2. The audio for this event will be delivered through your PC audio system only (not a phone line).
  3. To participate in the event, you will need speakers setup on your computer.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN A WEB CONFERENCE:

Registration with our vendor, WEBEX, is required prior to each session.
  1. Once you are approved by the host, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the session.
  2. Once you have registered, a Registration Confirmation page will appear. You will receive a reminder prior to the conference.
