Safety Culture is the enduring value and prioritization of worker and public safety by every member of the organization which is demonstrated by personal action to preserve, enhance and communicate safety; strive to actively learn, adapt and modify behavior based on lessons learned from mistakes. A successful Safety Culture is an open environment for discovering, resolving and sharing safety challenges in a positive manner. This program will focus on safety culture, what it looks like and how it can be measured. The second half of the program describes a set of simple, effective and inexpensive tools for safety professional to use when auditing pipeline facilities for safety compliance.
